- Server Management: Creation and administration of community servers with text and voice channels.
- Social Features: Friend system, presence indicators, user profiles, and direct messaging.
- Moderation Tools: Role-based permissions, audit logs, slow mode, and content management capabilities.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use Higext NEXA, you must create an account by providing a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Users who create servers ("Server Owners") are responsible for managing their servers, including:
- Setting and enforcing community guidelines within their servers
- Managing roles, permissions, and member access
- Moderating content and user behavior within their servers
- Ensuring their server's activities comply with these Terms
Server Owners and moderators act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Higext.
7. Voice and Video Services
The voice and video communication features of Higext NEXA are provided through WebRTC and third-party services. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Audio and video streams are transmitted in real-time between participants
- Call quality may vary depending on your internet connection and hardware
- You will not record or capture other participants' audio or video without their explicit consent
- We are not responsible for the content shared during voice or video sessions
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is owned by Higext and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand features may not be used without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
